Do I need access to a pool?

Yes, you’ll need a pool that’s at least waist to chest deep to follow the exercises. A home pool, hotel pool, or gym pool will all work great.

How long are the videos and how often should I train?

Each video lasts around 20 minutes. We recommend doing one session a day, or at your own pace. The program is structured to deliver results in just 7 days.

Can beginners follow the program?

Absolutely. The movements are guided step by step, and they’re designed for all fitness levels, especially those new to aquafitness or recovering from injury.
